At Palmer Lake Veterinary Clinic, we focus on keeping you pet happy and healthy. Unfortunately pets occasionally experience an illness or injury that requires the veterinarian’s care while hospitalized.
We offer high quality diagnostic and medical treatment for sick or injured pets. We provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for your pet while they are hospitalized for care. A successful recuperation is our goal. Your pet is monitored closely and attended by our experienced and caring staff of veterinary professionals.
Our medical team utilizes our state-of-the art laboratory, radiographic diagnostic tools, and fully stocked pharmacy to quickly assess your pets’ condition and begin treatment. Treatment plans may include I.V. fluids, medications, and pain medications depending on the problem. Severe illness and injuries always take first priority in our hospital and are attended to immediately. Critical cases that need to be referred are immediately transferred to emergency clinics or 24-hour care facilities.
Medical cases or injuries that do not require hospitalization are diagnosed, treated, and are released to recuperate in the comfort of their own home. If needed, there are many veterinary specialists in the Colorado Springs area that are available for referral or consultation on cases.
Our clinic is fully equipped to handle emergencies during hospital hours. If you have an emergency outside of normal business hours, weekends, or holidays please call our office and listen to the voice messaging system. The message will direct you to the nearest emergency hospital on North Nevada in Colorado Springs.
